Had my MOT Health Assessment today! From my last test in March I was 26% Body fat and had it tested today.
My Body fat result came in as 14.9%!
My fitness level went from fair to excellent!
I am very happy with this and am now aiming to aim for 10% and less!
Roll on Cardio and good clean diet!

Music is great motivation at the gym! Next time load up your iPod with tracks that get you pumped and listen to it will you train.
Your training will get that more intense!
